We are NO longer accepting Cash Payments. You can tip your service provider in cash with paying them directly and in Tip Envelopes at the desk. You can also use Venmo or Tippy App to pay them directly.

Before You Arrive
Until further notice -the Spa is still requiring all guests to wear a mask for the entire duration of their visit. Guests will place on a mask at the front entrance. The spa will provide a mask for guests if needed.
At the Spa
When you park your vehicle please call the spa to check-in. Please remember to either bring quarters for the Parking Meters or use the Park Mobile app. We do carry quarters if you need it. You are required to wear a mask during your appointment.
If You Are Feeling Sick
Please don't come in If you have a cough, fever over 100, shortness of breath, or feel any other symptoms, please call and reschedule your appointment. If you don't call you will be charged for your appointment. We would rather you keep yourself safe and us too!
Please note that the spa is not able to allow you proper dry time for your Mani and Pedi services. Due to COVID regulations, we must keep our occupancy levels low. Regular polish dry time is a minimum of 30 minutes for the toes. If you are planning to get regular polish on your toes please be prepared to bring flip flops to walk out in. For Manicures, we are not offering a regular polish Mani service at this time. We offer Shellac Gel Manicure or Manis with OPI Nail Envy Conditioning Treatments on the nails.
***Consider giving your nails a polish break, go "Au Naturale". Perhaps you can choose a therapeutic Nail Envy Treatment or even a Buff and Shine.
Our COVID Safety Procedures for Facial services start with our very first phone and email screening. We are only offering Out of Town or Out of State clients with either a Full Vaccination Card or Proof of Negative COVID Test. Although we love our Visitors; our Team, our Families and especially You - our Loyal Local Clients; we aim to keep your health and safety as top priority!
To facilitate a comfortable and safe Check-in & Checkout experience for you - everyone will be stopped at the door to check in when it’s your time. This allows us to control the movement and flow of clients coming in and out of the spa.

Q: What credit cards are required to hold all appointments?
A: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Debit Cards.
Your credit or debit card will be entered into our accounting system database to be used for future appointments. We ask you to tip your technician via your credit or debit card. If you would rather tip with cash please tip directly to your service provider.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
Q: What is the Mini Spa VT cancellation policy?
A: We ask that you cancel your appointment before 5:30 the day before your appointment to avoid a same day cancellation fee of 100% of your service. If you cancel your appointment because of illness due to Covid-19 or your temperature check prior to your appointment is higher than 100, you will not be charged for our cancellation fee.
Q: What is the manicure and pedicure dry time?
A: Please allow 25-30 minutes of drying time for your pedicure if you plan to put shoes/socks on. Please bring flip-flops to put on as you will not be able to dry in the Spa due to CDC regulations.
Q: Does Mini Spa VT have a dedicated parking area?
A: No dedicated parking is available to Blue Lotus Mini Spa. The only parking available to our Guests is metered street parking. The ParkMobile App is especially helpful to find a parking spot as you can charge your meter fees on the app. Use zone 5801 to get close to the spa in the event of bad weather.
